Can't wait to get to know you! What you will do: Work with our client in developing and supporting Automation Solutions. Evaluate new RPA requirement needs and existing RPA inventory for best practices, architectural compliance and develop roadmaps for development and remediation. Drive tactical roll-out and regular support of solutions to our client. Lead the design and development of reusable components and frameworks which can then be applied to accelerate the development lifecycle. Coordinate activities within client’s IT, Automation center of excellence, and business environments to develop, test and deploy RPA solutions. WHAT YOU NEED: Hands on RPA development and support along with code review responsibilities Work with project manager / lead to track and resolve technical bottlenecks and the associated risks Set up and follow best practices for the automation projects Mentoring other RPA developers on the project Create, update and maintain knowledge base Proactive in solving problems for the development team Prior RPA development expertise in Automation Anywhere is MUST (Project in Healthcare domain preferred but not mandatory) Should have delivered on 4-5 RPA project Implementations in capacity of a developer / lead developer Hands-on 3 to 6+ yrs of programming experience in C# or Java or .NET is desired. Hands on experience with scripting languages (python, perl, powershell, etc.) is PLUS Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to develop RPA components to deliver that strategy Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment Team player with experience in collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
