MacroHealth is looking for an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to combine the forces of Scum Mastery and Project Management to optimize engineering capacity and practices, while keeping time-dependent work on track. The Senior Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master will improve and iterate on agile practices, while providing actionable capacity reporting and keeping project deliverables on track. The ideal candidate is extremely engaged, proactive, and a dedicated advocate for the team as well as customers. They will seek ways for this role to adapt to meet the company’s and customers’ evolving needs. Job Description Responsibilities: Continuously improves and iterates on agile practices Manages day-to-day project activities, and keeps the team on track Leads the team in scrum practices, seeks to improve team agility, and fearlessly uncovers and resolves blockers and inefficiencies Regularly identifies/mitigates any risk on our ability to deliver on our commitments Supports our Product and Development team with systematic, scheduled analysis of capacity in comparison to the existing commitments/workload Qualifications Qualities Fits with the company’s people-first culture Is extremely organized Works well under pressure Is curious, always seeking the why and not just the what Is collaborative Plans in an iterative-fashion – seeks to improve processes Requirements: Has at least 5 years of project management and scrum master experience at the enterprise level, specifically managing expectations and scope Intimate knowledge of Agile methodologies and core values Experience in creating a positive culture where people are treated with kindness, respect, and appreciation Excellent oral, written documentation, and presentation abilities Experience working with cloud services or SaaS technologies, and software products CSM certification, and/or Agile Coaching certification is an asset Additional Information More about us MacroHealth is a highly collaborative work environment where each team member can rely on the skills, expertise, and support of one another across the company.
