MacroHealth is looking for an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to combine the forces of Scum Mastery and Project Management to optimize engineering capacity and practices, while keeping time-dependent work on track. The Senior Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master will improve and iterate on agile practices, while providing actionable capacity reporting and keeping project deliverables on track. The ideal candidate is extremely engaged, proactive, and a dedicated advocate for the team as well as customers. They will seek ways for this role to adapt to meet the company’s and customers’ evolving needs.
