We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master that can use hybrid skills to perform a dual Product Management role. A strong communicator and capable leader. Someone who would love the autonomy to help us grow, scale, and lead a team to deliver high-quality digital products for our customers. What would be your responsibilities? Scrum Master: Coach software development teams and clients on agile methodologies. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity. Help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. Ensure the development team is working effectively, by conducting regular reviews. Act as a bridge between the team and organisation. Coordinate scrum ceremonies e.g., sprints, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand ups. Prioritise and manage sprint planning. Facilitate internal communication and collaboration. Co-ordinate people and projects. Manage project scope and timelines. Be the point of contact for external customers or stakeholders. Manage the product backlog and new requests.  Remove obstacles that occur. Ensure deliverables are of a high standard at the end of every sprint. Product Management:   Own the product backlog. Create user stories and good acceptance criteria. Be the voice of the customer. Build an understanding of digital customer experiences. Embed user experience best practice in everything we do. Conceptualize and build customer-led digital products. Consult to clients by providing digital thought leadership. Be instrumental in educating clients on the importance of User Experience through sharing feedback and insights. Accountable for design, development, and delivery across digital channels. Identify opportunities to improve digital customer experiences and conversion Optimisation.    Monthly reporting What qualifications or skills are required? Experience in a scrum master role Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques Familiar with software development and user experience Excellent communication and leadership skills What tools will you be using? Azure DevOps, Slack, Teams Where would you be based? We have offices in Ireland, South Africa and Mauritius, but the use of fantastic collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom enables us to provide 100% remote working, which means you can choose where you want to be based. Our Interview Process At Fuse Digital, we like to be upfront and transparent about our interview process so that you know what to expect. We have a 3-stage staggered interview process that comprises of: A 30-minute cultural fit interview with our executive team to establish whether our values align. An hour interview with a couple of our technical leaders establishes how you think and work in a team context. A small take-home assignment that can be completed in your own time. Although the assignment can be completed within a few hours, we'd rather not impact the candidate's schedule too much and allow them to submit the assignment within seven days of receiving it. We realise that a candidate's time is valuable, so they will be compensated with a gift voucher.
