Vialma is a streaming service dedicated to classical music and jazz. Our mission is to give anybody, at any given point in time, an unforgettable and enriching experience with music and arts. Vialma is searching for a Scrum Master who is rigorous, proactive and energetic. In this role, you will be actively involved in organizing and delivering an exceptional product. You will be joining a team of 5 dedicated developers spread around the world (UK, Poland, India), all passionate about delivering great features with clean code. You will closely collaborate with our Product Owner and our CTO. Vialma is a remote-friendly company. This position is available either for our London office or from any location with at least 5 hours in sync with the UK timezone (UTC+1). Your key tasks: Liaise between product ownership / development / testing teams to ensure the cleanest, leanest, most efficient organisation Be knowledgeable and accountable on the ongoing and upcoming development Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Remove obstacles that could impact the development team Keep information about the Team’s progress up to date and visible to all parties Requirements Minimum of 2+ years experience in a Scrum team Fluent in English Experience with a full-remote or heavily distributed team Experience with both a web and a mobile product Familiar with the following tools: Trello, Confluence, Figma, Google Suite Familiar with web technologies, in particular APIs, databases, CRM, CMS Optional requirements Experience with audio or video streaming is a great plus Experience with BitBucket, Git or coding is a plus Interest in arts and culture. Through a number of digital tools we wish to promote the story behind the music bringing the music to life. Our listeners can quickly and easily find their favourite composers, performers works and instruments and delve into their histories. Launched in September 2015, we already have a solid and growing satisfied customer base, we signed with 900 independent labels and orchestras, and have quite a lot of projects in our pocket.
