Deliver targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues. This is crucial for measuring and managing stakeholder expectations. Provide regular reporting to maintain transparency and inform on project progress. Requirements Key Competencies: Extensive experience as a Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), leading teams and collaborating closely with product owners, designers and engineers. Proficiency in Agile and adaptive delivery models, embodying an Agile mindset. Track record of managing and delivering large, complex programs. Proven leadership and coaching skills, guiding teams to achieve successful outcomes. Demonstrated ability to navigate and build relationships with customers. Strong, recent experience with Jira, Confluence and Slack. Passion for the Headless Content Management Systems space and digital products in general.
