DockYard is hiring a Software Engineer with WinUI 3 experience to work with our RD department on new initiatives. The Role DockYard is hiring a Software Engineer with WinUI 3 experience to work within our RD department on new initiatives. Responsibilities Work independently or with other engineers to develop user experience-focused web applications, or provide support for existing systems Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders to understand business goals, analyze requirements, formulate solutions, and ensure the successful execution and delivery of the end product Assist in scoping, estimating, and planning of projects Participate in code review, pairing, and other forms of knowledge sharing Must Haves 5 years of overall software development experience Production experience developing desktop applications with WinUI 3 Experience working with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) Experience working with a cross-functional team in an Agile environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice To Haves Experience with Elixir Experience working in a remote environment Experience leading development teams Prior experience working within an RD department Employment Type Full-time Exempt Level Mid-Level Location Remote (US and international) DockYard is an equal opportunity employer.
