WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a highly skilled and results oriented VP of Product with a history of building fast-paced, high growth teams and companies. Product Managers at Northern Labs are Founders/CEOs in training. WHAT YOU'LL DO Collaboratively work cross-functionally with the other members of the leadership team in setting the company vision, culture and products. Contribute your high level of technical expertise, guidance and decision-making across the company. Partner with Engineering to deliver production-ready products in high traffic environments. Recruit a killer team, managing, mentoring, maintaining and bettering a best-in-class product team that loves coming into work every day WHO YOU ARE Deeply passionate about finding and growing top product talent while overseeing daily product needs and scaling. Have experience managing the complexities of multiple products across different markets and industries. Have a keen sense of prioritization in everything you do in life Communicate with radical candor Have strong opinions loosely held Strong sense of ownership and bias towards action BONUS IF YOU HAVE Knowledge of blockchain, distributed ledger technology, or distributed computing. Experience with economic design, game design, FinTech or virtual marketplaces. The more Technical Expertise the better, seeking a developer-turned-PM Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
