Position Overview Treasury Prime is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Technical Project Manager with strong analytic and customer-facing skills to run card implementation projects with our customers and partners. This person will work directly with customers, and coordinate with card networks, wallets, banks, and card printers to complete card program implementations. They will become our card implementation subject matter expert, help improve processes, communicate feature requests to our product team, and improve the customer experience for our clients who implement cards. Our customers include innovative, forward-thinking banks as well as businesses who provide banking services using our software platform. You'll have executive exposure at Treasury Prime, and learn how to build a company directly from a team of serial entrepreneurs. You will: Become the subject matter expert on card program implementation, our platform, and its capabilities Project manage the setup of card programs for new bank customers Own the process of BIN implementation from start to finish Complete and submit all required documentation to set up new virtual/physical/digital card programs Manage the support lifecycle for card returns / design updates Research and respond to external inquiries promptly; escalate issues as appropriate Help customers unravel complex issues, determine the root cause, and implement solutions Collaborate with fellow team members to provide exceptional service for existing and prospective clients Provide product feedback and document customer requests Effectively document and maintain/evolve processes. Participate in projects to enhance the customer experience, streamline operations, automate processes, reduce errors, and support Treasury Prime’s growth Work with the implementation team and the rest of the CS team to improve the overall customer experience You may be a good fit for this role if you have: 3+ years of previous success with project management, including coordination with customers and external partners Previous experience with card programs, like working at a bank, card network, or card processor, including a demonstrated success navigating the complexities of the card program landscape Outstanding relationship competencies with a long-term, trust-based, partnership mindset - your customers and colleagues like working with you You love getting things done A strong customer presence that inspires confidence and trust Proven ability to interact with and articulate complex solutions to all levels of an organization Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services While these are not hard requirements for the job, the best candidates will meet many of these criteria.
