About the Technical Program Manager Position SUBPAC is a leading audio technology company deeply devoted to revolutionizing how the world  experiences music and sound. Our tactile audio platform has been adopted by tens of thousands of professional music creators, sound designers, audio enthusiasts and gamers around the globe as the most accurate and immersive way to experience bass across all media types.  We are looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager with proven experience in either pro-audio, high-end consumer electronics or automotive audio. You will be  responsible for creating and maintaining structure and accountability across our geographically diverse hardware and software development initiatives. You should expect to be working remotely due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, but with the potential for this to change long-term if you are located in, or near one of our office locations in the US or Canada. Responsibilities Develop and manage the complete hardware and software project schedule with geographically diverse engineering teams. Team members included in programs may vary between SW, HW, Product, NPI, Test, DFX, Supply Chain, Compliance, Reliability Ensure that deliverables and interdependencies are managed and reflected in schedules Develop and maintain budgets with key stakeholders Work closely with licensing partners, ODMs and vendors in manufacturing environments on product development schedules, dependencies and budgets Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution among a cross-functional team of engineers Synthesize large amounts of data into a clear story and communicate to stakeholders and organizations at all levels Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience with a preference for Electrical 5 years of relevant program/project management experience managing cross-functional teams in a startup environment  Experience utilizing agile methodologies Experience consumer electronics is a must   Experience using software tools to manage complex schedules and resource plans Ability to travel internationally post Covid pandemic Preferred Qualifications Development experience in managing functional engineering teams and working with international ODM partners Experience with managing POC and related NRE projects for large scale partners Experience with consumer product design and manufacturing including development, verification and factory processes Knowledge of product lifecycle, development and verification tools, processes and operations planning Strong team player and creative thinker who is able to lead technical teams, cross functional groups and vendors against plans PMP certification is a plus Automotive industry experience is a plus Experience with audio electronics products is a plus
