Our tech stack: Front-end is built in React and Next.js, back-end with Node.js on top of AWS Lambda, API Gateway and CloudFormation using the serverless framework. Our data layer includes MySQL+Redis. The Role: Technical Product Owner (TPO): You'll be the tech-savvy hero liaising between our various departments – from engineering to marketing. Reporting to the Director of Product, you'll need a solid technical background and a knack for making complex things sound simple. If you excel in creating MVP solutions, you'll be our rockstar! Your Role in Our Adventure: Master our product inside out, occasionally stepping into the Director of Product's shoes. Offer tech wisdom to the Director of Product. Decode tech jargon for our team, making it crystal clear. Craft user stories and manage their development with agile flair (We use Kanban) Engage with internal (and sometimes external) partners to understand their needs. Collaborate across departments for seamless product development. Document and communicate features developed by the technical team. Must-Haves: 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner (or software development) in start-up environments. Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and a touch of wit. A knack for solving technical mysteries with tools like Sentry, NewRelic, Cloudwatch, etc. Vigilant in monitoring website performance. Proficient in API concepts and integration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Nice-to-Haves: Skills in test automation. Familiarity with ClickUp.
