Styla is changing the way brands and retailers interact with their customers digitally. Our technology enables merchants to run their store in headless mode, with split-second load times and unprecedented stability, which boosts conversion rates, especially on mobile devices. We are now bringing this technology to market, targeting small and medium businesses around the world, using the BigCommerce ecommerce platform.   For our Product department, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager (m/f/x) who can be ‘the face’ of our product and represent it internally and externally. Challenges that you may solve: Conduct user research via interviews with key users (e.g. partner agencies, customers), questionnaires or other feedback tools Research define features or improvements that delight our customers and make our platform even more powerful Gather evaluate feedback from internal and external stakeholders (Operations, Customer Success, Support, Agencies, Suppliers) on feature proposals and find solutions that work for customers and stakeholders alike Prioritize product opportunities based on criteria that bring the product closer to its vision by moving the needle on focus metrics or OKRs Work closely with developers to determine feasibility complexity of proposals and then develop, test and deliver features and improvements Effectively communicate the value and functionality of delivered features and improvements to users Analyze complex technical problems to find elegant solutions for user issues and feature designs Support customers to get the most out of our product and solve issues for them together with customer support Create content for scalable product support together with technical support specialists.
