Requirements What you will do: You will have the opportunity to lead the product direction of our API and Integrations platform team. Your stakeholders include customers, partners, and internal consumers - who are developing novel ways to combine "what" they track with "how" people work, using ActivTrak data. You will expand the Integrations framework that enables an ecosystem of partnerships, drives "Powered by" solutions, and increases the accuracy and trust of our workforce analytics. We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager with experience managing complex API-first systems and serving a variety of technical and non-technical consumers. Drive the ecosystem vision roadmap. Lead the vision, prioritization and roadmap of our API, Integrations, and Partner Ecosystem platforms. Own the partner developer experience. Enable developers on the ActivTrak platform - both internal and external - through API tooling, Integrations support, and documentation. Define technical requirements. Translate user stories into functional and non-functional API specifications. Idea Innovation areas. Identify new technology partnership opportunities to expand productivity insights, deepen personalization, improve employee experience, and increase trust. Be accountable for the end to end success of the products under your management. Define the metrics, processes and monitoring systems to measure and ensure high reliability of our agents across our customer base. Be customer-obsessed. We believe understanding the customer experience across pre- and post-sales activity helps our team build amazing products that solve real problems. Getting to know our customers and the challenges they face through conversations, research, and engagement with our community, will be a powerful input into this role. Be a bridge between the development team, customers, and other internal teams to ensure customer value is delivered with pace Be exceptionally pragmatic. Working in a start-up environment requires that you’ll be able to make the right trade offs to progress projects while balancing constraints and input. We’re looking for a candidate that can be pragmatic and has the ability to make decisions based on data to translate business needs into requirements and user stories. Care deeply about your own productivity. Through understanding your own productivity and the productivity of those around you, you gain better insight into our customers’ challenges. We’re looking for someone who wants to talk openly about their own productivity successes for the purpose of innovation and performance elevation. Work collaborate with a high performing team of product managers, designers, engineering, customer support, and marketing. Your experience: We’re looking for an experienced Product leader that has the following characteristics: 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager with at least 2 years experience managing a development platform or service Hands-on expertise on highly technical solutions and infrastructure systems (e.g. security, networks, cloud engineering, etc.) Working knowledge of API-first platforms as a product owner or consumer Curiosity and passion for problem solving (conceptually and analytically). Growth mindset, humility, and a burning desire to own your domain and your work. Ability to deal with ambiguity and collaborate with different teams towards mutual goals. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with engineering platforms and/or payment systems is considered a plus. BS/BA required, MS/MBA preferred.
