Shapermint Truekind.We are looking for a Tech Lead Marktech who will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining Trafilea’s Netsuite ERP Core that supports a variety of mission critical services. They plan, coordinate and execute projects for new implementations or integrations between systems or services. They collaborate effectively with stakeholders and a committed team to understand their challenges, work through their issues and provide solutions that can be adopted widely. Expected outcomes responsibilities Lead current Netsuite ERP migration to success. Implement and support the integration of software applications for the financial management processes/ERP. Deliver NetSuite solutions including customizations, scripting, integrations, and support case resolution. Provide support to customers to troubleshoot and debug issues with NetSuite solutions. Document existing and new customizations and workflows and manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards. Develop, deliver, and manage dashboards and reports within NetSuite modules and functions for management and employees. End to end management of customizations, solution architecture, development, testing and deployment. Support services surrounding data migration. Perform business process reviews and process mapping. Develop prototypes for solution for stakeholders review and solution confirmation. Development of business process improvements and documentation. 3+ years experience in retail, e-commerce or consumer goods industry. 5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP. BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent documentation and verbal+written communication skills in English. Deep experience with writing JavaScript and SuiteScript (completely proficient with SuiteScript 1.0 2.0) Strong experience in NetSuite Suite Bundler, NetSuite SuiteFlow Customization, building new custom objects Experience with iPaaS cloud providers, (Mulesoft, Zapier, Integromat, Celigo, etc) Experience using Web services, API calls to integrate into other Business systems Experience with NetSuite ODBC drivers Working knowledge of NetSuite scripting, integrations, workflows, CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, and other NetSuite administrative functions Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within the Netsuite environment.
