Our Mission Provide security teams with breakthrough visibility and control over all high-value enterprise data, transforming how organizations protect their data from IP theft and insider threats.   Responsibilities Closely interact with Cyberhaven’s current and prospective customers to deeply understand their spoken and unspoken needs, as well as the actual and perceived value of the Cyberhaven product to them. Keep track of industry trends in cybersecurity and adjacent markets to help Cyberhaven identify new market opportunities. Research the competition to deeply understand competitive products functionality, pricing, and positioning, as well as how these products are perceived by buyers and industry analysts. Prioritize product roadmap to follow the product vision while ensuring that product is easy to sell and empowers sales to achieve near- and long-term revenue objectives, as well as drives the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Communicate product requirements and vision to the Engineering team. Write, edit and prioritize user stories; constantly communicate with engineers to clarify and refine user stories; track user stories as they’re being developed; set, track and enforce the Definition of Done. Write and maintain clear PRDs, ensure everyone on the team always understands what and why is being built by the company. Be an external spokesperson for the company, maintain social media presence and speak at conferences. Partner with Marketing on product announcements and launches. Requirements 5+ years of experience of managing successful enterprise security products to drive fast-growing businesses Experience managing successful enterprise products in early-stage startups, skillfully balancing limited engineering resources with high pressure for features and quality from customers and sales teams Must be comfortable, effective, and clear at communicating with company executives, customers, and engineers, and collaborate with a variety of internal groups including customer success/services, engineering, marketing, and sales Ability to build rapport with customers, prospects, analysts, and competitors, as well as the ability to leverage your existing network to gather market and product intelligence Deeply understand technology, have a strong intuition to estimate the complexity of product features, and ability to speak a common language with the engineers Experience with data-driven approach to product decisions Experience with endpoint security or DLP is required Experience with Cloud Security is desired Experience with agile development and SCRUM Availability to frequently communicate with a distributed engineering team in Central European time zone and other teams in the US time zones   Compensation Range:  $200 - $250k Please note that Ranges showed encompass the entire US market, from higher rate cities like NYC, Bay Area and Seattle, to all the US Metro Area.
