What You’ll Do Solution and integration design: you are the technical lead and owner for Pagos and our merchants during their integration with our products, i.e. the onboarding cycle; Project management: work closely with the merchant and the Pagos team to deliver a high quality integration; Present Pagos product capabilities, value propositions, potential future functionality, and roadmaps to customers; Collaborate with team of Solution Engineers to ensure that Pagos implementation and integration workflow continuously is improved; Engage with Product and Engineering teams: work closely with our internal teams to continuously improve the overall user experience and help to drive our product strategy. What You’ll Need 2-4 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a complex environment with a track record of of high performance; 2-4 years of experience in a technical role where you’ve designed and implemented solutions that have had a clear business benefit to the user; Ability to understand complex technical and business requirements and translate them to practical and pragmatic solutions; Proven project management skills; Experience with Web APIs and software development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Bonus Experience in working in payments and/or Fintech related companies Experience in working in Data Analytics or Data Visualization Platforms Blog, teach, mentor, or help others learn outside of your day to day work Experience working in high growth venture-backed startups
