The Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to be an impactful part of a small team looking to change the way technical hiring is done. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Assessment Platform Engineering team. The Assessment Platform team forms a bridge between the interview content powering CodeSignal's Skills Evaluation Frameworks and the Pre-Screen, Tech Screen, and Interview products that delight our customers. Engineers in Assessment Platform interact frequently with Product Engineers and Technical Assessment Developers throughout the organization, and work on parts of the codebase that encompass both content creation and user interaction with the platform. If remote, some timezone overlap during regular business hours with our San Francisco and Yerevan based teams is required. Salary Projection In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual base salary in the range of USD$100,000-250,000. This range is based on San Francisco benchmarks and encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position. Offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market.
