Come join our growing team!   Impact In This Role As the Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment Solutions, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of Fictiv’s Workbench software, a manufacturing execution solution that interfaces with Fictiv manufacturing operations teams and suppliers in Fictiv’s growing global manufacturing partner network. You will own the strategy and roadmap for the solution, ensuring that it simultaneously sustains on time and in full fulfillment while increasing operational efficiency. In addition, the solution is the primary strategic vehicle for delivering unique value to our manufacturing partners which in turn increases the value of our best in class manufacturing service offerings. In the role, you will serve as the domain expert, bridging the potential of technology, operational needs, and business goals into innovative solutions that will set new standards for the speed and quality of fulfillment. You will report to the VP, Product Management. What You’ll Be Doing You will assess the needs of internal users, understand the relevant operational workflows, and be able to identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency to a meaningful degree. You will assess the needs of our growing network of manufacturing partners, understand their business goals and capabilities, and be able to identify opportunities to deliver differentiated value to them. Develop a strategic vision for how the solution can deliver on critical business goals and support Fictiv’s growth trajectory. Build and execute to a product roadmap that will evolve the solution to realize this vision. Understand user needs through user research and data analysis. Develop conviction around the problems we’re solving and bring those insights to the team. Collaborate with design, engineering and other company departments across the globe to identify product opportunities, develop hypotheses, and create high-impact solutions for our customers. Build the business case for expanding the solution’s capabilities and secure alignment on these investments among the management team and internal stakeholders. Partner with engineering teams in achieving successful outcomes by clearly communicating business needs, requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and removing friction from the product development process. Champion your team in achieving successful outcomes by clearly communicating OKRs. Drive service launches, coordinating cross functional activities to successful outcomes. Play an active role ensuring that all parts of the organization are prepared to service our customers at launch. Create trust and transparency by communicating team progress and results to stakeholders; help the organization celebrate successes and learn from failures. Travel 15% annually in the U.S. for team meetings, research, and training. Desired Traits 5+ years experience in hardware or software product management or business development roles. Solid domain experience in manufacturing execution systems (MES) or supply chain management solutions design and integration. Some operating or technical knowledge in one or more manufacturing processes (3D Printing, CNC, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, etc)is desirable. Understanding of the business model as a manufacturing service provider. Experience developing and gaining agreement on business plans or roadmaps. Comfortable working, negotiating and communicating between customers, analysts, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and leadership to develop conviction about market needs and our ability to compete. Skilled analyst – you can sift through and synthesize data to come to conclusions that help make high quality product decisions. Articulate communicator – you can convey needs and opportunity clearly with multiple stakeholders, and you bring those people together to decide how we will deliver value. Track record of successfully leading teams and influencing without authority.
