Job Title: Scrum Coordinator  Location: Remote Position Summary: The Scrum Coordinator ​​will act as the bridge between the Product Manager, the Project Manager, and the development team throughout the Sprint cycles. The Scrum Coordinator performs a wide variety of cross-scrum team-related duties including running a minimal set of Scrum ceremonies, managing incoming tasks on a daily basis, prioritizing the backlog based on feedback from stakeholders, project status monitoring, and KPI reporting. The Scrum coordinator works closely with all Project Managers to schedule and organize program-related events.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing development backlogs and active sprints and coordinating with the stakeholders and development team to keep the development process moving. In addition to facilitating the process for our system development, the ideal candidate will be extremely organized, able to articulate needs succinctly and concisely, punctual, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. What you'll do:  Establish and communicate Sprint Program Iteration cadence for the Program in collaboration with the Project Manager Facilitate Scrum/Project/Program ceremonies (Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and any other sprint-related meetings that may be useful) Work closely with all the stakeholders to handle new requests and backlog injections Track the development and testing of features and bugs Facilitate effective collaboration and internal communication and maintain Program level metrics Handle external communication with stakeholders (Product Managers, Project managers, Development teams, and Senior Managers) Remove obstacles, track impediments, and resolve conflicts that occur Coach development teams to attain a higher level of Scrum maturity Create a productive environment where team members feel confident and enjoy product work What you'll need: Excellent servant leadership and presentation skills  Conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities Outstanding organizational skills Ability to deal with ambiguity A minimum of 3 years of some mix of Scrum Master and/or Project Management experience A minimum of 4 years experience in an Agile team, preferably in the mobile/connected device, consumer electronics reverse logistics, and/or SaaS industries Ability to implement a structured, repeatable, and disciplined approach and a data-driven culture to the Agile process  Ability to manage dependencies between team capacity, software quality, prioritization, and committed deadlines  Ability to deliver solutions with working knowledge of agile frameworks, methodology, and techniques, like Scrum or Kanban Working knowledge of Scrum artifacts and techniques. These may include the Definition of Done, backlog refinement, user stories, and automated testing Experience with Clickup (or similar) as a tool to facilitate Scrum management and stakeholder communication.  Scrum master/Project Management certifications are not required, but desired - CAPM, PMP, CSM, CSP, PSM, etc. Previous work at a fast-paced startup is beneficial.
