About the Role The Product Program Manager will play a key part in managing strategic projects, cross-functional communication, and understanding our customers. As a product-driven startup, the Product Program Manager operates at the center of the company and will serve as a nexus for communication across all teams. You will partner with cross-functional teams between Product, Sales, Account Management, and Engineering. As a Product Program Manager, you will: Monitor and report on company-wide initiatives, including executive reporting Develop collaboration processes between Product and other teams (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Engineering) Design, execute, and maintain usage reporting across all products on the platform Build sustainable practices that enable growth at scale Support product managers with executive and operational tasks, including but not limited to Confluence and product documentation and Jira management What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with: 2+ years of experience in management consulting, program management, or project management within a data-driven organization Proven ability to navigate highly ambiguous projects and drive to results Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience reporting to executive audiences A bias for action, where no task is too small Nice to haves: Dashboard design experience Experience working in high growth, venture-backed startup(s) Familiar with SQL (mySQL) or interested in learning
