About PrescriberPoint: PrescriberPoint’s mission is to revolutionize how HCP’s (Healthcare Practitioners; physicians and their staff) choose, manage and prescribe therapeutics for patients. Our vision is for a digital marketplace where HCP’s can access the support they need from all Pharma companies in one place. This is an industry primed for innovation. The addressable market of $35B includes 1M HCP’s and 4.5B prescriptions filled/year. Historically, drug companies relied on in person drug sales reps to conduct in-person meetings to educate doctors. Those interactions have become less and less meaningful and COVID expedited the true end game, interactive digital engagement. At the same time, the transition to digital engagement hasn’t met expectations; lacking unified customer experience, presenting fragmented data and resources, and cumbersome navigation. PrescriberPoint’s human centered design and cutting-edge technology created a core product with easy to use and consistent interfaces to branded products’ discovery and education, timely interaction with life science experts, patient co-pay and prior authorization support and more… all in a one-stop-shop. Our next generation pharma marketing platform will go beyond traditional consumer display advertising and use its traffic to engage HCPs in value-added, a la carte experiences that use first party and third-party data to allow pharma brands to engage HCPs on an on-demand basis. We were incubated within Eli Lilly's Innovation Center in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures. Job Title: Product Manager/Senior Product Manager We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager who is passionate about building a great digital healthcare product and wants to be a key player on the product team of this disruptive startup. Responsibilities: In this role you will: Work closely with a cross functional team to define and document product epics, user stories and feature descriptions with the goal of securing product market fit and growth. Work with the leadership team to prioritize product investments, build the product roadmap and define engineering sprints. Work with the research team to “de-risk” and validate key areas of the product based on frequent market feedback (via concept testing, analytics tools, A/B testing, surveys/interviews, etc.). Collaborate with the engineering team regarding feature requirements Act as the voice of the customer, with a deep understanding and creation of user personas, pain points and customer journeys Understand the competitive landscape, available and upcoming third-party integrations, industry practices, and use it to shape the overall product strategy Requirements Who you are: Product Management experience in a lean, fast-moving startup or incubator environment, taking products from inception to launch Experience working within a human centered design framework, emphasizing generative UX research, working within teams to ideate and design PoC prototypes Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders Familiarity with common PM tools for sprint planning (JIRA, etc.), road maps, analytics and tracking, etc. Experience building enterprise 0-1 products such as for platform/ecosystems, content management, B2B marketplaces, or lead generation and conversion platforms Experience working in digital healthcare is ideal Exceptional project-management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage complex processes Ability to confidently and tactfully engage with senior managers and functional experts. Skilled at achieving consensus and moving projects forward Ability to work independently in a low-structure environment and to deal with ambiguity
