Job Description You’ll join our Xplor Pay vertical and the team that develops a complete range of payments solutions including point-of-sale, ecommerce, mobile, in-app, recurring billing, e-invoicing, and auto-reconciliation.  Our cloud-based solutions allow for seamless, secure processing and help our customers increase revenue, so they become more profitable.   We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to join a growing Product organization! In this role, you will work closely with our small to medium businesses, sales reps, and develop a deep understanding of the markets you are serving to capture key problem areas and test and validate assumptions. You will also work with internally with architects, engineers, developers, and a broad set of internal teams to set and drive our product roadmap, features, enhancements, and our user experience vision across multiple client-facing platforms used for merchant reporting, transaction processing, account maintenance and reporting. Your role will help guide the short- and long-term strategic and tactical approach to how we fuel small to medium businesses to be more successful.   To thrive in this role, you will need to take ownership of discovery processes gathering business, customer, and system requirements, developing a deep understanding of pain points, and designing solutions to meet those needs that can then be translated to our development teams for execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the payments ecosystem, independent software vendors, small to medium business problem areas, payment technology integration, and have experience with agile methodologies. Our Product Managers spend a lot of time talking to customers, but also work with technical teams as a critical conduit in conveying business objectives, vision and expected outcomes sprint-by-sprint.   To succeed in this role, you will:  Become a recognized subject matter expert on the functions and uses of our platforms that span small to medium business value, transaction processing, account maintenance and reporting. Set, drive, and socialize the product roadmap and backlogs, prioritizing work to deliver the right business value at the right time. Gather and search large technical/business documents and data sets to find important information that translates to requirements or supports research and troubleshooting activities. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and other end users to identify and document pertinent business needs, in addition to leveraging data analytics and market trends, to develop thorough and concise requirements in the form of a Business Requirements Document. Create supporting materials such as workflow diagrams and UI wireframes to effectively communicate business objectives, concepts, requirements, and acceptance criteria to a technical development team ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of solutions. Deliver timely, high quality, and complete requirements to drive more accurately sized user stories which increase confidence in achieving critical milestones. Perform business requirement User Acceptance Testing as a quality gate, confirm feature and functionality testing for designated area of focus. Analyze and provide continuous recommendations on business solution design and platform strategy. Participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups, refinement, sprint and quarterly planning. Be a change management advocate, properly planning for releases, creating internal product release notes/documentation, and educating key business stakeholders on new functionality. Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to keep backlogs organized and prioritized, monitoring deliverables to ensure delivery on the overarching strategy, roadmap, and milestones.   Qualifications Qualifications 3-5 years' experience in a product management related role Experience in financial services, merchant acquiring or related fintech industries is advantageous Demonstrated success leading product and/or development strategies, defining, documenting, developing, or launching successful platform capabilities and products Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies Solid critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills and acute attention to detail Ability to build and maintain relationships, interface directly and effectively with internal/external partners, negotiate with and influence cross-functional teams Ability to motivate teams, set and manage expectations, ensure accuracy without sacrificing speed or timeliness, giving and receiving constructive feedback resulting in positive change Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make and explain decisions while managing multiple initiatives at different stages, prioritizing effectively and managing time wisely to achieve objectives Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating passion for our vision and the business problems we solve for clients Accountable, dependable, responsive, and self-motivated Must be flexible to work in different time zones  The average base salary pay range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 May be eligible for a discretionary bonus At Xplor, we believe that the best innovation and ideas happen at the intersection of differences - people of different cultures, generations, disciplines, and lived experiences.
