About The Role Mindbodygreen is looking for a collaborative, strategic, and passionate Product Manager to join our Product team. This role will be focused on building products and features that help us create lasting relationships with our readers and champion media revenue initiatives. You will lead a pod of designers and engineers focused on creating the next generation of our media experience, striking the right balance between monetization and user value. What You’ll Do You’ll be primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps Plan, initiate, and manage cross-functional projects for our media promotions platform Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers, while maintaining team health Maintain a healthy balance between long term user engagement and short term monetization. Who You Are 2-3+ years of experience as a product manager, product analyst or in a strategy role Experience with product analytics software (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc) Experience analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments Experience working with media, and/or marketplaces Familiarity with programmatic (CPM) affiliate (CPA) media Familiarity with ML models tools is a plus Compensation: $110k - $130k The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
