The Opportunity Whatagraph is a B2B SaaS platform for digital marketing agencies to simplify data monitoring and reporting. We’re one of the fastest-growing startups in the Baltics and have recently successfully raised $7.2M in Series A funding round. We have grown substantially in the past year, going from a team of 50 to a team of 90+, and are looking to keep up the momentum going into 2022. Scaling and developing our product is paramount; hence we are substantially expanding the product team. We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Core, to drive our platform’s core features and overall user experience. This role would own continuous improvement of core features, introducing meaningful ways to encourage users to try features and lead discovery and delivery of new ones to solve customers and business problems. This role will concentrate primarily on improving existing and driving new product feature work. Drive uncovering, validating, determining, and solving existing customers’ pain points and needs. In close partnership with Product Engineering and Go-to-market teams, this role will concentrate on the end-to-end customer's journey with a product through the lens of business metrics like monetization, customer lifetime value, return rate, annual recurring revenue. What you will do Measure how the platform is serving users and ensure necessary bug fixes. Define opportunities for feature improvements. Manage improvement process of features, validate assumptions, define user problems, test hypotheses, and measure impact. Set up experiments, A/B tests to improve usability and conversion rates. Share learnings proactively. Stay up to date with product analytics, customer sensing, competitive intelligence, and industry trends. Collaborate proactively with engineers, product designers, insights managers, and go-to-market teams. Ultimately improving retention-related metrics: Net Active Users, Lifetime Value, Product Return Rate, ARR, MRR. You have 3+ years of experience in product management. A user-centered and business-savvy approach: natural empathy, end-to-end product thinking, understanding, and experience with working backwards and continuous product discovery. You have strong work ethics and desire to deliver high-quality SaaS. You are a persevering, honest and open individual willing to learn new things every day. Experience working with product growth and proven track record working within a data-informed culture. Strategic and critical thinking in a pair with mental flexibility and openness. Experience integrating customer insights, product data, competitive intelligence into the development of a product. A hands-on mentality, as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills in English complete your profile. What gives you an advantage Experience working in the Marketing domain and B2B SaaS. Experience with solutions such as JIRA, Confluence, Mixpanel, Logrocket, Miro, Intercom, Salesforce, Google Analytics. Ability to work in ±2 hours from the EET time zone. Ability to think like a scientist. Experience in creating hypotheses and validating them through experimentation.
