Osmind has built the first data engine and digital infrastructure for treatment-resistant mental health, unlocking novel therapeutic approaches and precision psychiatry. The data engine is anchored by Osmind's EHR and Engagement + Outcomes Platform, the #1 software suite for intensive mental health practices (such as those providing FDA-approved psychedelic medicine). Backed by General Catalyst and Y Combinator, Osmind's team consists of healthcare veterans and software experts (e.g. AWS, Verge Genomics, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Medicine, Stanford Graduate School of Business). Check out our Crunchbase News feature here. We are looking for a Product Management Intern to play a key role in our product development and go-to-market strategy. This person will work hand-in-hand with our CEO and COO to develop a thorough competitive landscape analysis and deep dive into Electronic Health Record features. This is an incredible opportunity to gain startup experience at a hyper-growth, Silicon Valley digital health startup, work with an experienced team, and make meaningful contributions to the direction of Osmind. Note that this is an unpaid, fully remote internship with a minimum commitment until summer 2021. In the past, we have issued stipends for top-performing interns, not to mention lots of swag! Requirements Sophomore, junior, or senior at a top undergraduate university; graduate school applicants and graduates welcome as well. Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Psychology, Pre-Med, or other related fields Interested in functional areas such as Product Management, Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, Strategy Experience with and understanding of the healthcare system, preferably in digital health Understanding of basic business concepts such as competitive analysis Minimum weekly commitment of 10+ hours Responsibilities Work hand-in-hand with our CEO and COO to develop a detailed competitive landscape and deep-dive profiles of mental health Electronic Health Record software Make recommendations for our product roadmap based on feature analysis Make recommendations for our go-to-market and sales strategy based on competitive analysis
