Check out our team The Product Director is the commercial lead for products within Sorted’s product portfolio and is accountable for product commercial value proposition and go-to-market strategy definition and execution. The Product Director is a key member of the senior management team and will participate in regular management meetings providing product performance updates, customer and market insights and contributing to the overall company and product strategy. They are Sorted’s spokesperson and ambassador participating in and driving thought leadership activities internally and externally and evangelizing our products and their value across the sales organization. The Product Director is responsible for driving the success of Sorted’s products in the market, collaborating with the executive, technology, finance, sales and marketing teams to define and execute the product strategy, value proposition, commercial framework, productization and packaging, go-to-market and customer experience. They own all commercial elements of the product and work with relevant stakeholders to define differentiated value proposition and bring this to life along with the build, buy and partner decisions that make this possible. Additionally they will collaborate with the team to enable successful sales and marketing strategies and enable the organization to sell, implement and support the product ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Ultimately, the Product Director is responsible for the PL of all the products and driving profitable revenue growth as well as shared accountability for our common management KPIs.   Key Responsibilities: Product and Go-to-Market Strategy: Leading all commercial elements of the product strategy and contributing industry, market and commercial expertise and leadership as a member the strategy team. Owning the product portfolio, strategy definition, productization and go-to-market planning and execution. Sales Execution and Customer Engagement: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute an aggressive sales strategy to drive sales performance (new and expansion) and customer retention Leadership and Employee Engagement: Bringing customer and competitive learnings to the Sorted teams to advance our competitive edge and capabilities Participating in senior management activities – management meetings, product and business strategy, sales performance Requirements Proven experience of working as a senior product leader in a B2B SaaS business Extensive commercial modelling, pricing and packaging for B2B and B2C SaaS offerings Proven experience of transforming product organizations into high performing commercially focused teams Experience of supporting sales both in the sales cycle and in enabling them to sell Benefits Very Competitive Salary Pension Life Assurance 32 days holiday plus bank holidays Flexi hours and remote working Beer fridge Free tea/coffee and breakfast (in the office) Clear Career progression frameworks
