Company Description Job Description The Technology Program Management Office will play an instrumental role in Product Technology’s journey to scale and operate as a world-class SaaS and platform organization. As a director-level individual contributor within the TPMO, you will have the opportunity to not only oversee execution of our highest priority, most complex initiatives, but also to advance the program management competency across a 1000+ strong PT organization. What you’ll do: Align your initiatives and structure the engagements to ensure outcomes are consistent with PT’s strategic goals Collaborate with your teams to ensure delivery per plan, remove blockers, resolve dependencies and drive prioritization discussions Serve as a thought partner to Engineering, Product and Design leaders, cultivating relationships at all levels, from manager to VP Own an E2E planning and execution approach grounded in Agile best practices Help promote a positive, high-performance, innovative, growth-oriented, inclusive environment that consistently delivers results Continuously assess our delivery practices, surfacing areas of opportunity or misalignment and drive actions to address them Create evaluation strategies to monitor progress and measure the success of your initiatives What we're looking for: 10+ years of experience in technical project and program management overseeing high-visibility, complex strategic and operational initiatives. Well versed in Agile methodologies including Agile at Scale Track record of leading and inspiring high performing matrix teams Sophisticated problem-solving capabilities and experience structuring complex analyses to provide actionable insights Exceptional communications skills, ability to convey ideas in a way that resonates with varied audiences, at all levels Demonstrated history of cultivating strong cross-functional relationships that foster deep engagements Organizational savvy to navigate and manage ambiguous scenarios Commitment to creating an inclusive environment and a belief that diverse teams bring better business and customer outcomes 3+ years SW development background. Preferred: experience with scaling practices in SaaS companies CS/Engineering BS degree or equivalent experience required. MS or MBA preferred. Qualifications Additional Information Base Pay Range $199,600-$274,450. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation.
