Microsoft Software Solutions Practice Lead Remote - US based Our Customer, with over 50 years of experience nationwide, is a seasoned technology integrator that provides information technology solutions.  They are seeking a Microsoft Practice Lead to join there team. Job Summary: In this role, you will be part of a successful organization focused on future-oriented solutions. You will work closely with Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, CX and Management to execute on the strategy to create and grow a profitable Microsoft and overall Software Practice that aligns with business goals.  Job Description: Help to identify the appropriate skills and talent for the team Work with the Professional Service Team to establish compelling offers and/or update existing offers to match customer deliverables. Ensure operational readiness for new services and sustainable delivery and adoption for current and future best practice software solutions. Supports Sales in achieving Bookings, Revenue, Profit, and other operational targets of the business. Promote leadership through collaboration, cooperation and communication across functions and between alliance/vendor partners to ensure that the team achieves stated goals. Create and implement standardized processes and improve on existing methodologies, including departmental structures, organizational improvements and management tools. Foster a learning culture with employees to support the organizational strategy of success and service excellence. Additional Responsibilities: Assist Director and other staff as required in managing the various Vendor Partnerships. This is to include but not be limited to: Partner Surveys, Audit Preparations, Certification Mappings Develop a positive and productive work atmosphere. Must serve as Mentor and Guide to all other employees within the organization.   Qualifications and Experience: Managing simple and complex projects and processes and ability to resolve hostile and complex problems/ situations. Ability to make difficult or unpopular decisions under pressure and ability to foresee impact and consequences of decisions Ability to Assess Company and customer needs and priorities. Ability to provide an objective technical business analysis of customer environment, current state, future state, analyzing policies / processes, etc. Outstanding Technical Writing Skills Required Outstanding Verbal Presentation skills Required 10+ Years ' Experience in IT Industry related Microsoft/Software Extensive Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Experience Subject matter expert with Microsoft Partner programs, offerings, and licensing Work with technical, sales or customer success teams Demonstrable Project Management
