Shapeways is looking for a lead product manager that will lead the development of Shapeways’ software platform, our proprietary purpose-built system that is at the core of our business. You will strategically lead the vision, roadmap, and prioritization of our software features by listening to our customers and stakeholder needs, defining and prioritizing functionality, and working closely with colleagues in engineering, operations, and product, as we continue to refine our best-in-class software, to better serve our growing business needs.   As a Lead Product Manager you will be responsible for: As an empathic, organized, and collaborative product manager within our Product team, you’ll be responsible for the functional development of our end-to-end production software and business systems, including: Speaking regularly with our customers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and how we can deliver them Drive projects by capturing requirements, developing use cases, and user stories around the product, achieving consensus, writing specs, and shipping software with a team of engineers and designers Lead, guide, and develop other product managers with expertise in their specific domains Define customer cohorts and prioritize features based on the business strategic direction, working with the rest of the product team to implement them. Evaluate competitive and complementary software solutions and use this data to drive decisions Define and analyze goals and metrics that allow the team to measure the success of their work Measure metrics regularly, and use that data to make adjustments to the product Requirements You might be a good fit if (you have/are): A passion for building great products 7+ years experience working with software products, SaaS business models, and product management Agile methodology experience, preferably with Jira Experience leading a team with a proven track record of success. Manufacturing software experience a big plus (Order management tools, MES, CRM, Supply Chain systems, WMS) Strong organizational and collaborative skills Ability to learn quickly and self-motivate Experience working in a fast-paced environment; especially one in the manufacturing space is a plus 3D modeling or programming experience is a plus Benefits Why join our team?
