After a deep analysis, market and user understanding we have identified supply and demand pains and we want to solve them to make a much more efficient chain. You’ll be part of the B2B BU within the Tech Product Area, ensuring the well functioning, evolution, iteration and development of the B2B market platform to drive it to the next level in both sides, demand, and supply.   What You Will Do Define and drive the mid and long-term vision and product strategy for the B2B BU digital products at Colvin Inspire, lead and mentor a team of product managers, putting collaboration at the core of how your teams work, thus, enabling and empowering them. Use a high analytical customer-centric mindset to build a compelling vision of the future for B2B in the Floriculture market. Work backward from this vision to construct a narrative for how we will solve customer problems and realize B2B Colvin´s opportunities. Discover and validate customer problems based on Colvin product management frameworks and techniques and turn them into actionable strategies with your team Define OKRs and monitor KPIs in order to measure your impact and the success of the BU. Work aligned with both, the Tech Product Area and B2B BU strategy lines Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning many departments (eg. BU business management, marketing, sales, ops) and the industry to bring our vision and initiatives to life. Work closely with VP B2B, Head of OPS Head of Growth to define strategies and provide them with your product expertise aligned with TechProduct area strategic lines and Colvin product framework. Adaptable and flexible to a fast environment where things run and you will put a stop to think in order to move smarter. Demonstrate passion and drive to keep up with product innovations, whilst refining your toolset Contribute to the product management community at Colvin Requirements What are we looking for? Demonstrated at least 5 years of experience in leading product teams. Comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment. Self-starter with a solid track record of execution and results. Experience in defining and owning the mid and long-term vision and development roadmap for products with a multi-year horizon for reaching the full vision. Has a proven track record on product launches, from problem definition, over solution design to launch, with clear KPIs, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies in multiple geographies. You'd rather create teams than work individually. You really think that more heads put perspectives, knowledge, and context greater than just one. Analytical and data-driven with a strong honest growth mindset and track a record in shipping customer impact at scale that impacts over the business metrics. Experience in working with the Data and BI team. You have experience in opening new markets and new verticals and scaling them to success. Experience and knowledge of B2B demand and supply product environments. The ability to mentor and guide the team along with the steps of the product development process and empower them. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success. You inspire, consult and empower your team and stakeholders. Passion for the Floriculture industry and B2B products.
