Description This is a remote position. Our client, a world leader in Pharmaceuticals and In- Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) tools, is seeking a "IT Project Manager III". Job Title : IT Project Manager(Project Manager III) (100% Remote) Job Duration: Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Extension) Roles Responsibilities: Ensures that business functions are equipped with Information Technology solutions that support their current and future needs. An IT Project Manager, possesses the highest levels of business and technical acumen – can understand the details of complex business processes and use their technical expertise to identify, evaluate and drive the implementation of technology solutions. It is distinguished by the ability to take on the most demanding business and technical challenges and see them through from concept to completion. Responsibilities: Familiarity with and ability to operate within IT frameworks including Scrum, Agile and SAFe. Consistently delivers IT solutions on time, on budget and that meet business needs. Contributes to the development of a business aligned IT strategy through close collaboration with the Information Manager and business teams. Participates on the IT Portfolio Board to help prioritize the IT portfolio and manage compliance with the global IT Project Methodology. Aligns delivery of IT services and appropriate service levels through relationships with Global, Regional, Local, and External service providers. Collaborates with global, regional, and local IT functions to identify business problems and opportunities, evaluates alternative IT technologies and researches industry best practices and emerging trends. Develops business cases for assigned projects. Manages budget and budget compliance for assigned projects. Delivers requirements and acts as a liaison between the business and development team. Supports the creation and delivery of business cases to support investment appraisals, decision-making and prioritization of project proposals. Skills: Strong Project Management skills with a deep understanding of their assigned business area, including business processes, challenges, information flows and supporting IT systems. Ability to demonstrate a complement of skills that contribute to and lead the requirements gathering process and business process modeling for new Information Management projects within their assigned business function. Strong project management skills, facilitation negotiation skills, relationship management and change management skills. Enhanced listening skills as well as strong critical thinking skills. Strong sense of ownership of assigned tasks and a proven track record of delivery on commitment. Ability to pick up new challenges and learn core issues in a very short time.
