We’re looking to hire a full-time, remote Interview Engineer. For this role, you will be following and growing Outliant’s approach and interviewing infrastructure in a wide variety of technical roles. Requirements Software Developer/Engineer with hands-on coding experience Extensive experience conducting technical interviews (i.e. data structures, algorithms, etc.) Strong communicator in English (oral and written communication skills) A personal computer with a stable, consistent Internet connection Equipped with a working webcam (video required to conduct interviews) Looking to change how technical interviews are experienced Interviews usually focus on: Evaluating fundamental computer science skills (i.e. data structures, algorithms, etc.) Grading for software craftsmanship (i.e. understanding of unit testing source control, APIs, etc.) Specific technologies (i.e. iOS, distributed systems, etc.) About Us Outliant is a fully-remote, US-based, digital product development and startup consulting company, with a team of culturally diverse creators whose exceptional skills and talents help conceive seamless digital products.
