We are seeking an engineering manager to grow and support our RD team, specifically our Backend software engineers. Requirements Requirements You are someone who: Exhibits uncompromising integrity Integrates well with and coordinates between different people and teams Possesses systems-level analytical thinking Helps bring out the best in others You have: Bachelors/master's in computer science, Engineering or a related field 8+ years of work experience at least 5 years as a technical individual contributor at least 3 years in a managerial position Experience in one of following programming languages Python/GoLang/Rust/C/C++ Experience in Linux enriorenment Familiarity with modern software development flows and processes (including git, CI/CD etc.) A solid understanding of distributed systems and REST APIs Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS Solid understanding of Agile SW releases, Sprint planning and execution and project management principles Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward completion A proven track record in finding and retaining back-end software engineers Benefits What we offer: We offer a collaborative work environment, amazing equity, great benefits, competitive salary, and the opportunity to redefine cloud computing.
