About the Role: The Product Manager will be located remote in the US. The BrightInsight platform is a cloud-based medical IoT platform for the life sciences industry, and is used to manage, process, and store patient health and medical device data to be used for patient diagnosis and treatment. As Product Manager, you are responsible for the success of launching and managing a product portfolio built on the BrightInsight Platform. BrightInsight portfolio products including pharmaceutical or disease management specific solutions, indication-specific therapies, and capabilities for business users, providers, and patients. You will work closely with customers, fellow Product Managers, Designers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Legal and other internal stakeholders to define, design, develop, and manage one or more products. Above all, you will have an opportunity to help the healthcare industry leverage digital technology to engage patients, improve outcomes, and save lives.   We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Disease management and/or pharmaceutical background Past experience delivering/launching one or more products into the life-science market Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Fast learner Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution  Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do: A true leader in global pharmaceutical who can drive product strategy, internal investment models, defining and building a market and successfully launching products.  Conduct needs analysis and business case development process for product solutions, and develop and maintain short and long product roadmaps as part of the PDLC process. Drive innovation of product creation, enhancement, and cross-functionalization. The candidate will facilitate ideation with business partners, combine ideas to create a multiplying effect, and conduct rapid prototyping sessions to assess viability. Optimizing the intersection of product, engineering, professional services, sales, and customer success. Improve alignment, communications, and processes around building the products. Externally-facing responsibilities related to driving customer adoption, external communication, etc. Lead agile product delivery including backlog management, economic prioritization, iteration planning, and communications with business stakeholders. Communicate with business on progress, manage escalations, and address customer issues to maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction with solutions developed. Be a consultative partner that expertly balances business and technical competence to help inform and influence problem-solving, and establish a successful path forward. Here’s some of what you’ll need (required): BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Decision Science, or Business Administration 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years leading software product teams, ideally software platform products,  in a matrix environment 7+ years of software product management experience managing successful product definition, market analysis, prototyping, launch, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch roadmap Proven success of bringing new B2B software products to market, ideally into a new category, gaining rapid adoption by intended customers Experience with communicating technical product strategies with executive management Experience working with technical cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, commercial/sales, UI/UX, Program Management, etc.) and cross-organization teams Experience working independently on technical product strategy which is not fully defined and managing complex product management scenarios MBA, Six Sigma certification Experience bringing new software products to market 5+ years of disease management or pharmaceutical background What We Value: At our core, we value partnership.
