Everly Health is looking for a Director of Product Management to help drive strategy and execution for Consumer Products, as well as leading and growing a team of product managers. In this role you will build out strategic lines of business, scale existing product lines and make direct topline impact to Everly Health. You will manage, mentor and lead a team of existing product managers and hire to build out the product management organization. As a senior member of the leadership team, you’ll partner closely across design, engineering, marketing, clinical, enterprise, finance, business operations, and other stakeholder teams to develop a deep understanding of our customers and partners, and drive compelling solutions across the company. What You'll Do: Lead a large team of product managers across all levels and work flawlessly with other leaders for projects with multiple cross functional teams Drive alignment and effective problem resolution across the organization, including marketing, sales, clinical, and the Everly Health leadership team Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define and validate both a project strategy and detailed product plans for your areas of responsibility Expeditiously shepherd the launch of new products by improving the speed and efficiency of product development and clinical processes Work heavily with data to curate ideas and analysis to answer a question and/or build out a revenue impacting business case Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success Develop business models and plans to achieve company OKRs (i.e., revenue growth, user engagement, retention, LTV, etc) Identify, develop, and lead breakthroughs in playbooks and processes that drive more efficiency, effectiveness, and happiness in how we operate as a product team and engage with other parts of the organization Develop and communicate product requirements as well as a coherent roadmap. Facilitate the same for your teams. Work with product managers, designers, researchers, product marketers and engineers to ensure successful envisioning and delivery of new features and functionality Manage on time delivery of the Consumer Products roadmap Keep stakeholders informed by regularly sharing progress on existing product initiatives as well as future roadmap plans Recruit / hire, manage, mentor, and grow teams of product managers, collaborating with you on all of the above Remain knowledgeable about the competitive landscape and influence product direction to remain competitive in the market Who You Are: 9+ years of experience in product management at a top consumer technology company or consumer focused healthcare or health- tech company 4+ years of direct management experience in growing product teams and career pathing for individuals and managers MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Healthcare or related field or equivalent work experience Strong and focused leader, team player, thought leader and consensus builder Highly compassionate for customers and team members Management expertise Ability to drive multiple initiative from concept to execution with perfect go to market execution Analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent presentation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interface skills with Executive Leadership Teams Ability to work tactically in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects, teams and goals simultaneously Development or design experience is a plus The base salary range for this role is $159,797 - $177,552 USD. The actual salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus.
