The Director of Product - Web 3.0 will work closely with our engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, experience building enterprise software products, and a passion for solving complex problems. Our vision is for Phyllo to be the data infrastructure for all Web2 and Web3 developers that are building for the digital native economy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 8+ years of experience building enterprise software products, with at least 4 years in the blockchain ecosystem Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform the financial industry What we offer: Work from home or your preferred location today, tomorrow, and forever. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for Phyllos’ blockchain analytics products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and define product requirements Prioritize features based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business objectives Define and track key performance metrics for the product portfolio Manage the product roadmap and release schedule, balancing trade-offs between time-to-market and feature completeness Communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders and customers Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay current on industry trends and best practices Work closely with the engineering team to ensure product delivery meets customer needs and is of high quality Work with the design team to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across the product portfolio Work with the sales and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction Work with engineering, other product managers, and customers to capture requirements and document user stories and use cases. Build a community of Web3 developers and users around shared problems; gather feedback from the community regarding solutions, prioritization, design, etc. Design solutions that have iterative phases with incremental value.
